AMPSAMPS Terms of Service & Shop Policies

As a one man operation, I do my best to respond to all communication within 24 hours. Email is best.

Warranty AMPSAMPS warrants products against defects in workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, incorrect power supplies, unauthorized modification, accidents, or neglect.

Vacuum tubes are inherently variable and are considered consumable components unless dead on arrival.

Returns As all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns. Customers seeking to cancel an order before it is fulfilled risk forfeiture of any deposit/material cost.

Repairs / Service Customers are encouraged to contact AMPSAMPS directly before seeking third-party repair or modification.

Unauthorized modification or repair work may void warranty coverage.

Voltage / Power Supply Requirements Use only the specified power supply and voltage requirements listed for each product.

Damage caused by incorrect voltage, polarity, power supplies, adapters, or user modification is not covered under warranty.

Handmade Product Variance All AMPSAMPS products are built by hand in small batches. Minor cosmetic variation or component substitution may occur without affecting quality or functionality.


International Shipping / Customs International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes required by their country.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays. More info on international shipping here.

Limitation of Liability AMPSAMPS is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of its products.

Users assume responsibility for safe operation of all tube amplifiers, preamps, and related equipment.
