PRE-Q: V2 12v

PRE-Q: V2 12v
PRE-ORDERS FOR THE PRE-Q V2 IN PRISMATIC ILLUSION DORADO OPEN THROUGH FEBRUARY 15TH!
I recently did a PRE-Q for a customer in this color, and it came out so well that I decided to do a run of them! I’m taking pre-orders for the next couple of weeks for an April 1 ship date. Price is $650 with free global shipping.
There will only be 8 slots. The last few runs have all sold out, so be sure to get on it if you want one! This color is particularly cool, with hits of green in the gold powder coat.
Once you purchase yours I will reach out to confirm your order, usually within 24 hours. Once they’re sold out, I’ll take it down.
As always, thank you for your interest! The response for these units has been so awesome, and I appreciate your support!
The PRE-Q V2 is a handwired tube preamp in a pedalboard-friendly package. It uses a pair of 12AX7s and a custom Cinemag inductor to power an Ampeg-style midrange circuit that boosts or cuts 300 Hz / 1 kHz / 3 kHz. It also has an active Baxandall EQ (Treble, Middle, Bass) and a footswitchable Vintage Console Boost (our take on the Zvex Super Hard On).
Features: Alpha pots, Switchcraft jacks, Gorva switches, included 12 V DC, 2 A adapter (2.1 x 5.5 mm) that steps up to ~250 V inside the pedal. Controls: Top row — Treble, Bass. Bottom row — Boost, Middle, Volume. Size: 7 x 7 x 3 in (with knobs and tubes).

“Just had my first band practice using it a couple of days ago. It totally sounded like I was still running my VT-22! I think the low end may even be a bit tighter than the VT-22. I’m very happy with it.” -BH
“I absolutely love them! Some of the best pedals I’ve ever owned. “-BL, on his PRE-Q & Vintage Console Boost
“The [PRE-Q V1 & 2] have been so much fun, and they’ve been part of my regular setup since you sent them. I actually use a Kemper a lot, and I have it in front of that to make everything a bit more analog ;)” -ES
